Loppi Luxus

Loppi Luxus is a multipurpose and conference villa with approximately 20 bed places, in the Loppi Peace area on the Lake Kaartjärvi shore, located around 99 km from Helsinki, 118 km from Tampere, and 129 km from Turku.

Loppi Luxus, with approximately 180 square metres altogether, and its 70-square-metre dining/conference space, has ample room for 35 people at maximum. The hall can be used for conferences, group work, business meetings, or remote work. Free Wi-Fi, two large flat-screen TVs, and a projector screen with a video projector are available to serve our conference customers.

Loppi Luxus has 7 bedrooms and additional bed places in the main hall that provide sleeping space for approximately 25 people. Each bedroom has 2-4 bed places.

The main hall’s open kitchen is equipped with tableware for 35 people, an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

The electric sauna in the villa can accommodate 8-10 bathers at a time. From the sauna area, there is access to the terrace, next to which is a separate wood-burning scenery sauna for 8-10 people. The villa’s sauna area includes a changing room, 2 showers, and a toilet.

On the sauna area terrace, there is a ready-to-use outdoor hot tub for 5 people and two wood-burning hot tubs for 6 people each. Stairs from the saunas lead to the lake, where you can go swimming either from the pier or directly from the shore.

During the summer season, we have 2 rowboats available for rent. There are also trails of multiple sorts near the villa.

The basic price for Loppi Luxus includes the use of the villa and the indoor sauna. Additional services can be ordered, including use of electric vehicle charging station, separate scenery sauna, a sheltered fireplace, gas grill, the use of hot tubs and the outdoor jacuzzi, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or as provided separately, and towels.
