This spacious beautiful old house is located in the beautiful scenery of Lake Syväjärvi, Miehikkälä. The main building, a former village school, has a 60-seat banqueting, meeting and dining hall, a well-equipped kitchen, toilets and washrooms suitable for wheelchair users and accommodation for 15 people. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator + fridge-freezer, an industrial dishwasher, an industrial oven and a standard electric stove. Dishes are available for 60 people. Two air-source heat pumps have been installed to increase comfort. The property includes a traditional courtyard sauna with its own private beach.

For any use

The venue is ideal for events, celebrations, anniversaries, weddings, family gatherings and family holidays. It is also suitable as a campsite for children and youth camps and as a meeting place for organisations, associations and companies. Linen is provided by the hirer. Linen hire is available as an alternative.The site has a 1 km long fitness track, which in winter serves as a surface ski slope, a sandy field with football pitches and a swimming beach with changing rooms and jetties. When snow conditions permit, the track provides access to a skiing track of about 15-23 km. In the same area there is also a good quality log cabin Saunapirtti, which can accommodate 11 people and the cabin is well-equipped.

Price and booking period

The price per night is 200 €. For bookings of 6-12 nights the price per day is €135. The booking starts at 14:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. The main building is closed from 1 November to 31 March.
