The Hidden Gems of Rauma Archipelago – A Brisk Kayaking Trip to Nurmes Island

On this kayaking-filled day trip, we’ll discover some of the hidden gems of the Rauma Archipelago, enjoy stunning coastal views, and take a snack and coffee break on Nurmes Island, the largest island of Rauma Archipelago.

During this trip, we’ll cover around 15 kilometres as we explore some the most beautiful islands and hidden gems of the Rauma Archipelago while observing the surrounding nature at a relaxed but steady pace.

After a couple of hours of brisk kayaking and countless nature experiences, we’ll land for a well-earned resting and snacking break at Päiväranta on Nurmes Island. During the break, you'll have time to explore Päiväranta or take a refreshing dip in the gentle waters of the Bothnian Sea. The trip includes a snack and campfire coffee.
